If you are having trouble getting your e-mail after the
server upgrade
please verify your username is in the same case as when you signed up.
Each users was e-mailed on November 19 the correct case of their e-mail account.
If you are using Outlook Express Click on "TOOLS" in the menu bar.
Then Click on "ACCOUNTS".
Then Click on the "MAIL" Tab.
Click on your ASPI mail account then click on "PROPERTIES"
In Properties Click on the "Servers" Tab (see below).
Make sure your "Incoming Mail Server" Account name has the correct case.
Click OK after you make the changes and then close the account window.
Go ahead and check your e-mail again.
If it still fails please give our technical support a call.

Don't forget to check that your client is removing the messages
from the mail server, so your quota limitations do not cause
interruptions in email delivery. You are only allowed 10Megs.
Make sure the check box is not checked under Delivery
options "Leave a copy of message on server"
